GéoQuiz is an online geography quiz published by the indiegames.cloud team. For questions about personal data, email info@indiegames.cloud.

Depending on how you use the site, we process:

• Account: a technical identifier and, when supplied, your email address, solely for authentication. Provider names, emails and pictures are never public.
• Gameplay: your chosen username, scores, game history and Daily Challenge entries for leaderboards.
• Payments: Stripe processes Premium subscriptions. GéoQuiz never sees or stores card numbers.
• Essential cookie: a visitor cookie needed to enforce free-game limits, never used for advertising.
• Browser storage: personal statistics and preferences stay on your device and are not sent to us.

• To operate the game, leaderboards and multiplayer.
• To manage Premium access and subscriptions.
• To protect fairness, including official-attempt and free-game limits.
• To answer support requests.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

• Lovable Cloud: site and database hosting.
• Google and Twitch: account sign-in. Twitch sign-in does not grant access to your chat, subscriptions or channel data.
• Stripe: subscription payments.
• Twitch: Stream Mode reads the selected channel’s chat; GéoQuiz stores no viewer data.

Account and gameplay data is retained while your account exists. Anonymous scores are retained for leaderboards. You may request deletion of your account and data by email at any time.

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, portability and objection. Contact info@indiegames.cloud. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

GéoQuiz only uses a strictly necessary service cookie, so no consent banner is required. No third-party advertising or audience-measurement cookies are placed.
